Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as your failure
to comply will result in your Honest Lotto Club membership being
cancelled and all benefits lost.
Membership
of the Honest Lotto Club is subject to the following terms and
conditions:
1)
The Honest Lotto Club is a private members-only website, for
the benefit of current monthly fee paying members who have been
accepted by an official representative of the Club.
2)
As a condition of membership, all members must agree to abide
by The Honest Lotto Club terms & conditions. Breach of these
rules could result in membership suspension or termination.
3)
All membership benefits and commissions are secured by current
payments of the monthly subscription. If the subscription is
not continued or cancelled for any reason, then all benefits
of membership including payment of forward affiliate commissions
will be withdrawn immediately without notice.
4)
Membership is to be applied for and maintained in the name of
one individual only. Membership cannot be shared or extended
to an organization or to any more than the person applying.
5)
The Honest Lotto Club reserves the right to reject any applications
for any reason without explanation, at its discretion. When
this happens the applicant will be informed by email of the
general reasons for such a rejection. In the case of rejected
applications, applicants may not re-apply for membership within
a six-month period from the failed application advice date.
6) Terminated members are prohibited from using The Honest Lotto
Club website, newsletters, facilities, links, material, logos
or banners for any purposes whatsoever. They also cannot receive
affiliate commissions from members who were referred by the
member and joined up under the Honest Lotto Club's affiliate
system.
7)
Affiliate Commissions.
7.1
The Honest Lotto Club takes no responsibility for affiliate
non-payments and commissions not received or not paid out
for any reason. This includes payments by the Honest Lotto
Club, third party providers or the postal mail system.
7.2 All billings for membership of The Honest Lotto Club and
commissions for affiliate sales are undertaken by either Verotel
(www.verotel.com), or CCBill (www.ccbill.com) or further unnamed
parties. The Honest Lotto Club is not responsible for any
or several loss of income, loss of commission, loss of records
or any other related commission-based problem, whether caused
by these or any other related company, to the affiliate or
The Honest Lotto Club member.
8)
The Honest Lotto Club logos and banners are available in various
sizes and are for use in promotions. These logos may not be
re-sized, modified, edited, cropped, reversed, enhanced, filtered
or changed in other way without the written approval of The
Honest Lotto Club webmaster (mailto:webmaster@honestlottoclub.com)
9)
All tangible or intangible benefits as may accrue to a member
under the terms of their membership status are deemed to be
non transferable and may not be sold or passed in any other
manner to a third party.
10)
Members agree to abide by all prevailing policy and procedure
statements as maybe issued from time to time. These will generally
be sent by email, and it is up to the member to ensure their
email subscription is current at all times. Failure to receive
an email is not an excuse for ignoring policy.
11)
Spamming or Harassment
Members
are not permitted to do any of the following in any marketing
of the Honest Lotto Club:
11.1 Post a single article or substantially similar articles
to an excessive number of newsgroups (i.e., more than 20)
or continue posting articles which are off-topic according
to the newsgroup terms & conditions, or which provoke
complaints from the regular readers of the newsgroup for being
inappropriate.
11.2 Send unsolicited mass emailings (i.e., to more than 20
users) that provoke complaints from the recipients.
11.3 Spam or mailbomb other individuals on the Internet after
being asked to stop by those individuals and/or by the billing
agents and/or The Honest Lotto Club.
11.4 Mail bomb, i.e., send large volumes of unsolicited email
to individuals or to individual business accounts.
11.5 Impersonate another user or otherwise falsify your user
name in email, Usenet postings, on Internet Relay Chat (IRC),
or with any other internet service.
